Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it or before it is shipped.

• Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
• For issues after delivery, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.

Refund Policy

• Refunds are available if:
  • Product is damaged, defective, or leaked
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Product not delivered on time
• Refunds are processed only for unused & unopened items.
• Refund request must be made within 3 days of delivery with photo/video proof.
• No refunds for opened or used Shilajit products.
• Refund processing time: 3–7 business days.

Return Policy

• Returns are accepted only for:
  • Wrong product
  • Damaged or leaked item
  • Tampered packaging
  • Expired product
• Return request must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
• Product must be sealed & unused.
• Reverse pickup will be arranged where possible.
• OPEN-BOX VIDEO is mandatory at the time of delivery for any return request.

Shipping Policy

• Order processing time: 24 hours.
• Delivery timeline:
  • Metro: 3–5 days
  • Non-Metro: 5–7 days
  • Remote Areas: 7–10 days
• Tracking details will be shared via Email/SMS after dispatch.
